The story so far
While Shubham Goel and Ray Zhou were spending a summer at an incubator in downtown Palo Alto while studying at Stanford, a common theme emerged around how everyone across industries and positions were struggling to manage their professional relationships effectively.
Whether we're seeking a new career move, building a company, connecting with new mentors, or hiring a team, we always start with our network. Yet our networks are built on hundreds of platforms and across dozens of channels, online and off. The tools we ubiquitously use to communicate daily - emails, calendars, messages - generate billions of data points every day. This trail of data is actually growing exponentially, and paints the deepest and most powerful understanding of our relationships. Unfortunately, most of that data is going to waste.
Affinity was created to solve this problem with a full stack technology, building the most advanced, high-throughput infrastructure for syncing and understanding data from communication streams and 3rd-party sources. By classifying and learning from this data, it provides next-generation tools and applications to power better relationships between people and their networks.
Affinity has secured over $50M+ in funding and has 1400+ customers in 70+ countries including the best known venture capital firms, investment banks, Fortune 500 enterprises, startups, as well as commercial real brokerages all over the world. Affinity has also been featured as a Great Place to Work in the USA by Fortune, Inc., and more.
